Sound familiar?
😶🌫️You feel lost and can't find a direction
Every day passes like the one before - wake up, turn on your mobile phone, sleep - and you don't know where you are going or what you want.
💔Far from God and you don't know how to come back
You have a bad conscience and want to return to God, but every time someone preaches to you, you become more alienated and you cannot find a way.
📚Many self-improvement books but no results
I read a lot of translated foreign books, but they are all theoretical talk that is far from yours - enthusiasm comes and goes for a couple of days
😮💨The pressure of the world is suffocating you and there is no rest
Work, responsibilities, and crowds make you forget yourself and bury the big questions inside you
The solution is in your hands
🧭40 thoughts that will open the way for you
Every thought helps you understand yourself more and find a clear direction based on real experience, not theoretical talk
🤲Return to our Lord in a way close to your heart
Ahmed Al-Shugairi tells you about his relationship with God and the Qur’an in a simple and honest way, without preaching or reprimanding.
🌍A true Arabic experience that feels like it's yours
Not words translated from another culture - this is an Arab who lived the same struggle inside you and wrote to you what I learn
🌅Practical thoughts to apply in your day
It's not just sweet talk — each axis has practical needs that you can start implementing early in the morning and feel a difference
Why you'll love it
Everything you need to know
It was not written in an office - every word comes from real contemplation, far from people and technology, and this is evident in every line
From your relationship with God to yourself, to your Qur’an, to your memories, to your wisdom - the book touches every part of you, not just one spot.
The same style that I loved in Thoughts - words from the heart that reach the heart without complexity or philosophy
Every time you read it, you find something new in it, because every thought has a depth that is revealed with every reading
Ahmed Al-Shugairi does not teach you - he tells you his experience and you find yourself in it and come up with what suits you

FAQ
Will this book really make a difference to me or will I read it and forget it?
The book Forty is not a book of unforgettable information - this is an experience that you live with Ahmed Al-Shugairi, thought by thought. Many people said that they return to it more than once and each time they find something new in it.
Isn't it the same thing as the Khawatir program on YouTube?
No at all. The book contains specially written thoughts from the forty-day retreat, with a depth completely different from the episodes of the program. It contains reflections, stories, and wisdom that you will not find in any episode.
I don't like preaching and human development books - is this one of them?
The book Forty is not a preaching book and it is not traditional human development. This is a real human experience - Ahmed Al-Shugairi tells you what he lived and you find yourself in it. His style is simple and close to the heart.
